I think she is a one of the most beautiful women in Japan.

Her name is Riyo Mori, and she is a beauty pageant titleholder and who won Miss Universe 2007,

which is annual international beauty contest.

She is Surma women. 

Surma is ethnic group in Western Ethiopia.

A Surma girl will be beautiful if she has a big lip plate on her mouth, and 

if her body is covered of scarifications.

So she is one of the most beautiful women in Western Ethiopia.

As you can see, 

we have different sense of beauty because we have different culture.

not even sense of beauty,

if we have different culture, we have different sense of value

such as sense of taste, sense of time and so on.
